I’m thrilled to share that Qventus has been named a 2025 Best and Brightest Company to Work For in Northern California. This recognition from the National Association for Business Resources honors organizations that demonstrate exceptional business acumen and innovative human resource practices—and I couldn’t be more proud of what our team has built together.

The Best and Brightest award evaluates companies across key areas including compensation and benefits, employee wellness, engagement and retention, work-life balance, recognition, communication, diversity and inclusion, and leadership. But what makes this recognition truly meaningful to me is what it represents: a validation that the culture we’re building at Qventus genuinely supports our team.

Mission-driven from day one

Our business was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that world-class healthcare requires world-class operations. For more than a decade, we’ve been committed to helping health systems deliver both. Today, over 215 Qventoids across six countries work every day to make that belief a reality. In 2025 alone, our solutions saved over 70,000 excess hospital days (that’s nearly 200 years less time patients spent in the hospital) and touched nearly 800,000 surgeries, helping patients receive care sooner and healthcare workers focus on what matters most.

But here’s what I’ve learned in my time leading People operations: we can only help health systems achieve their mission if we first create an environment where our own team feels supported, valued, and empowered to do their best work.

Values that guide everything we do

At the heart of our culture are six core values: Accountability & Ownership, Customer Empathy, Help Others Succeed, Plan Do Learn Improve, Simplicity, and Total Honesty Delivered Respectfully. These values are lived every day by our team and celebrated through traditions like our annual Clara Barton Awards, where employees nominate and select their peers who exemplify these values.

One of my favorite things about the Clara Barton Awards is reading the peer nominations. When someone writes about a colleague who “makes others feel empowered and helps them learn from their mistakes” or who “consistently goes above and beyond to support, mentor, and empower their colleagues,” that’s when I know our values are truly embedded in how we work.

What Sets Us Apart

When I look at what makes Qventus special as a place to work, it’s not any single benefit or program; it’s the intentionality behind everything we do. We’ve created a benefits ecosystem that demonstrates our understanding that taking care of our people is taking care of our business. When employees feel supported, they bring their best selves to work. When they feel valued and heard, they innovate and collaborate. When they see their work making a real difference in healthcare, they stay committed to the mission.

This Best and Brightest recognition belongs to every Qventoid who shows up with passion, lives our values, and goes the extra mile for our health system partners and each other. To our team: thank you for building a workplace we’re all proud to be part of. And to those considering joining Qventus: we’re just getting started, and we’d love to have you along for the journey.
